Italian Chicken (crockpot) 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 14.5 oz can Italian diced tomatoes 3/4 c. water 2 TBS. dried onion 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 3 TBS. cornstarch Hot cooked rice
-Put chicken in crockpot and place all ingredients on top (EXCLUDING CORNSTARCH) - Cook on low for FOUR hours. -Put chicken on plate -Put juices in a small pan -Mix cornstarch and 3 TBS of water together and pour into juice. -Stir until thickened. -Put chicken on cooked rice and add sauce on top!
